Deconection external HD /Thunderbolt4/Dell G15 5520

Helo,

I've just bought this  DELL G15 5520, i want to connect  a Samsung T7 Shield (2To) through the thunderbolt 4 port for faster transfers but it keeps on disconnect and connect again.

I've passed the test by Dell SupportAssist and it says says that the PCIeStatus and Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller are failed.

I've  updated but the problem remains.

Does anyone knows how to correct that ?
