Dell Latitude 3340 with M.2 SSD??

Hi,

I have recently purchased Dell Latitude 3340.

Additionally I've ordered Transcend M.2 SSD module TS128GMTS400 2242 form factor.

Unfortunately it's not working.

On transcend I have found that "MTS400, MTS600 and MTS800 only support SATA III interface. Transcend does not have any SSD products that support PCle for now."

So wondering if Latitude M.2 slot is SATA or PCIe?

I have upgraded BIOS hoping to see something, but no joy.

Thanks,

Hello,

According to the documentation I can see the Latitude 3340 uses and mSATA connection for the hard drive, not PCIe.  I hope that helps.

That is correct - the M.2 socket does not take an SSD.
