upgrade SCG from 5.20 to 5.22 , Update failed. Something went wrong while updating this gateway to latest version . Please try again later.
We are trying to upgrade SCG from 5.20 to 5.22 and download is getting completed but upgrade keep getting failed. Need to check this and upgrade. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have that same error, but in upgrading from version 5.22 to 5.24, I tried several times, but couldn't do it.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Could you retry the update steps? Log back in, check for updates, download (if that option is still available) and install. It should work. There have been instances where the install has to be retried for a successful update.

I tried to update again but I still have the problem.
The error is:
"Update failed. Something went wrong while updating this gateway to latest version 5.24.00.14. Please try again later."

@Jose Muller I'm having the same issue here. It just lets me retry over and over and this continues to be an issue.
