Sign in to TechDirect: Connection not found

I'm having trouble with our SCG install (latest), I got an error email that automated parts replacement service was interrupted and I needed to sign in to TechDirect. When I click that button on the SCG management under "Preferred contact and shipping details", it opens a new window with "Connection not found" and no other options to do anything.

I expect the connection expired somehow, but I can't seem to find a way to fix it.

Hi,

I had the exact same issue earlier this week.

Just tried it again and now I could enter my credentials for TechDirect so this seems to work again.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, we know of the issue and are working on a solution, but I have no ability to know if and when the solution may be applied.

Thanks for your message. Does this have an existing KB article or is there a place to keep track of development on this ?

Hi, thanks for your message. Unfortunately, as I can see there isn’t an existing KB article or a dedicated place to track the development on this at the moment. This information is not publicly accessible.

Thanks for the notification, I tested it to today and for me it also works now !
