Server stuck in staiging stage

Hello Team,

We already implement open manage enterprise and using support assist feature as a plugin.

There 62 servers was addes in OME.

The 52 server is work well with OME. we can see more detail information hardware from OME

but 10 servers is not work is still stucked in staging state.

The error message show as belows

Services capabilities could not be verify because the connectivity test is unsuccessful.

Troubleshooted step that we have done.

1. Re-discover server in OME

2. Re-inventory server in OME

3. Re-check health server in OME

Anyone has idea how to verify on OME about network connectivity
