Autostart Version 5.1.2 - Legato Mirroring for windows

Hi,

I am trying to set up a data source for using the Legato Mirroring for Windows config. When I select my source node the source drive section says . Additionally, there is nothing in my target drop downs. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

As Y said check that the nodes are configured for mirroring...additionally check that Legato Transport Service is running on both nodes. There are also some requirements for the volumes to be mirrored, for example they must be basic, not dynamic partitions....this should help you get going.

Hi,

A probable cause
1) A drive for mirrors is not made beforehand.
2) Setting of Remote Mirror Host is not done.

Please watch data source log if it cannot be settled.
A hint of the solution may be found.

Thank you, I am in a VM environment and the partition i wanted to mirror was dynamic, I will add another that is basic.
