SAN Replacement - New Repository Volume?
I'm currently in the process of replacing a VNX 5300 with a Unity 350f. I am using RecoverPoint for VM's 5.1. I have created new journal volumes on the new SAN, and VMotion'd all the rp vm's over to new LUNS. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to move or re-create the repository volume. Any help in this matter would be appreciated...it's the last thing running on this old VNX.
Thanks!
Idan

Hi there,
Yes, the RP4VMs repository migration procedure is described in KB474088.

I checked that KB article, and it has no mention of RecoverPoint for VM's. In fact, step 2 of procedure B does not work (command suspend_group not found). Also, the precondition mentions creating and masking a new repository volume. Since RP for VM uses vmdks and not actual LUNS, how would you perform this step? Is there a different KB that references RP for VM's ?
Thanks!

I cannot find either of the KB articles mentioned. Could anyone provide a URL for these?
Thanks
