3200MP issues

Dell 3200MP; My symptoms:

Projector starts when I click the on off button on either the projector itself or the remote control. Lamp is almost brand new. New batteries in remote control. When on, all buttons on the projector are green-lit constantly. Image does not react to input (signal), and does not respond to control commands (such as zoom and keystone). Also no menu showing up when I hit the Menu button.

Have so far disassembled the controller circuits and hosed them down with 2-26 (think non-conductive WD40 meant for electronics), let it dry, and run again with still the same white screen.

Hmm. I'll PM you this too, in case you can help. If not, well, if you know of anyone who could have an idea, I'd be most happy.
