Word 2002 and translate tool (phrases?)

I have Word 2002 (as part of Microsoft Works) which came pre-installed on my computer.

In the tools menu, there is a language - translate option.
I am only able to translate words (eg english to french), but not phrases.
When I try to translate a phrase, I get "no suggestions".

In the word help file (search "translate"),  it says that both words and phrases can be translated.

I have installed the english/french dictionaries from the word CD.

Has any body made Word translate phrases?

You have to go out on the Internet to search phrases. Click the green arrow under Translation to accomplish this. It will bring you to the World Lingo site.

I don't see any green arrow.

I have a  "Translate via the Web"  in the right window pane which opens when I click translate;  but under the "Translate via the Web" there is

only one choice:

                          "More translation services".

Sometimes clicking on  "More translation services"  brings me to a foreign language site I don't understand:

and other times it brings me to "Office Marketplace" ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/default.aspx ).

How can I get Word to direct me to the World Lingo Site?

Okay, I figured how to do it.

First I installed the WorldLingo Smart Tags ( http://www.worldlingo.com/microsoft/smart_tag.html ), even though it says the requirements are Office XP - well it didn't work.

Hope it didn't mess anything up in my word program (looked to remove the WorldLingo smart tags, but nothing appears in add/remove programs).

Then I found the  "Word 2002 Update: Translation Services by WorldLingo" at

       http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=97ad9b81-af52-4e26-9a9c-c9babb4a2afd&DisplayLang=en .

Installed the program, and now I can connect to WorldLingo from within my Word2002 program.

Thanks for directing me in the right path to find my solution.
