Error running CCTK on Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi,  When I run the Client Configuration Toolkit (CCTK) (either command line or GUI) on a server running Windows Server 2012 R2 it crashes with the below error.  Any suggestions?

Apparently the CCTK is not supported on servers.  It would be nice to get a message stating that rather than a crash.
