Download issue from Digital Locker, #3

Same problem here as this six year old 2016 thread. Digital Locker will give the License Key. But no link to download the software I purchased.

At first, Dell (India) tried to sell me on buying a Maintenance Agreement before helping me. I told them to get the download to me or refund my purchase price.

Then they began to help. They wasted 2-hours of my time last night. They are on the phone now - I'm on hold- wasting my time today. Usually I sell my time to clients. At the moment it is being wasted by Dell. 

Not suited for a small business at this point. I do need to rethink future purchases with Dell. At this moment Dell has no tools for my business. They only have PROBLEMS.
