BIOS Version 1.32.0, WD19 docking not working
After update BIOS to latest version 1.32 my docking station stop working with displays. Normally after usb-c connection led was on, after update led is off. All USB devices working properly but not external monitors via DisplayPort. After downgrade to version before everything is fine.

What is the model of your Dell Precision laptop?
What if you reset your WD19?
What if you try to update the firmware of you dock. Update will identify the dock correctly?
Have your tried to connect the dock to other USB Type-C ports in your laptop.

Hi there! I noticed a similar issue with WD19 docking stations after updating BIOS to 1.32. Downgrading to a previous version resolved the problem for me. Have you tried contacting Dell support to see if they're aware of this? In the meantime, downgrading might be a temporary fix.
