Dell Precision T7920 flashing 4 amber and 6 white

Hello,

I own a Dell Precision T7920 with the Dell Ultra Speed Quad PCIe card and two Samsung 990 4TB m.2 drives. This is my boot drive and is configured in RAID 0. When I power on my system, two things occur:

1. The system fails to boot to Windows, giving me a SupportAssist warning about the operating system loader's failed signature verification.

2. The system is flashing four amber and six white lights on the power button.

I looked up the flash code and found that it deals with a RAID drive in degraded mode. As I'm using RAID 0, I'm assuming—and this is where I'm not sure—the failure is due to one of four reasons:

1. The quad PCIe card failed.

2. One of the Samsung 990 m.2 cards failed.

3. Both of the Samsung 990 m.2 cards failed.

4. All of the above.

I'm also assuming the problem with the Windows secure boot failure is occurring because of this RAID issue.

I should note that I use a Broadcom 9460-16i in RAID 50 using eight 14 TB SAS drives. I'm assuming the issue is not with this eight-drive RAID 50 unit.

I'm wondering how to diagnose the issue and to proceed.

I did get a five year warranty.  I keep the unit out of sight and so thought this was a software issue.  It was only today I noticed the flash codes.  The warranty people won't be back till Monday 09:00 CDT.  I'd appreciate having more information for them.

Thank you.
