‘perccli2 /c0 show all' failed to report the disks connected to a H965e/6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure

‘perccli2 /c0 show all' failed to report the disks connected to a H965e/6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure

But the disk number(3) is reported in 'perccli2 show'

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ctrl Product Name       SASAddress         Personality Status  PD(s) VD(s) VNOpt EPack
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   0 PERC H965e Adapter 0X5F4EE08063F0FF00 RAID        Optimal     3     0     0 Optimal
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It works well on another 12Gb Enclosure.

this is the result when both 6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure and another 12Gb Enclosure are connected.

EID State DeviceType Slots PD Partner-EID Multipath PS Fans TSs Alms SIM ProdID
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
325 OK    Enclosure     15  0 -           No         0    0   1    0   1 ESES Enclosure
342 OK    Enclosure     15  0 -           No         0    0   1    0   1 ESES Enclosure
432 OK    Enclosure     84 42 522         Yes        2   10  24    1   2 SP-3584-E12EBD

so the 'Partner-EID‘/Multipath  of 6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure are wrong?

Is this a firmware issue or perccli issue ?

firmware: lastest from dell (8.4.0.0.18-27)

perccli2: lastest from dell(008.0004.0000.0022)

but perccli/H840 works well with the 6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure.

at least, we need to support this case with single path.

Best regards.

It failed to work too when connected to SP-3584-E12EBD  with single path only.

so it is not a problem only for old 6Gb EMC ESES Enclosure.
