DELL MD 3800F one of the management module won't open
Hello, I have md3800f device.
There are 2 management modules, one of them opens and the other does not.
LU and 03 error code appear on the module that does not turn on.
Also, controller power led and battery icon are constantly on, I can't connect to the module via the console, the other module is working. I can even see it via MDSS. Can you help for a solution?

you will need a serial cable to see what the issue is.

LU = The SOD reboot limit has been exceeded.
basically the controller has rebooted to many times so has i think put it into lockdown.
not sure what 03 means though.

I connected to the device with the console cable, it gave an error that the system was locked. After entering the lemClearLockdown command, the system was turned on. Both control cards are working. Thank you.
