PowerPath rebootless re-bootless no reboot options hacks questions.

Installing PowerPath; Is it possible to reconfigure a host without performing a reboot. I am rezoning a bunch of servers to some new switches and would prefer not rebooting as these are production servers. The outage process is tedious to say the least. I've never managed to find a solution to performing a reconfiguration or new installation of PowerPath without rebooting a server. Is it possible? Does anyone have any tricks or hacks to make this re-bootless on certain occasions?

Thanks Much

You can reconfigure/zoning etc...a host without a reboot, but if you have to install PowerPath yes a reboot is still necessary on all Windows versions.

Removing some ports and adding new ports to an existing Failover Cluster also requires the devices to be offlined in Failover Cluster and  onlined again.
