Your screenshot doesn't show any LUNs. Can you take a screenshot of the disk management window? If your host doesn't see any LUNs then PowerPath will not display any adapters, LUNs, etc. PowerPath will look the way it looks in your screenshot unless a LUN is presented to the host. Did you zone the host and present storage to it? Post the screenshot when you get a chance.

Which array you used? Refer from https://support.emc.com/kb/44967,  https://support.emc.com/kb/43812 , you may try following actions:

Symmetrix environment:

1.Ensure that the LUNS are mapped to FAs that are visible to the host HBAs.

2.Check that the LUNs are masked to the host HBAs.

3.On the host, perform a "scan for hardware changes" in Device Manager.

CLARiiON environment:

1.Ensure that the CLARiiON SP ports are visible to the host HBAs.

2.Check that all HBA initiators have been registered correctly.  See Knowledgebase article 7044.

3.On the host, perform a "scan for hardware changes" in Device Manager.

OR:

•Install correct HBA driver and Storport patch(As your server is 2008 R2 , I believe you don't need to do that).

•Install correct HBA firmware.

•Reboot host.

This is somewhat late, but Ernes and Fenglin are correct.

Something else to remember is that PP will not manage ACLX/VCM (Symmetrix) and LUNZ (CLARiiON/VNX) devices. Only real data devices will be managed.

When you say Windows sees devices, what do you mean? Did you configure the devices in a masking view (symm) or in an storage group (clar)?
