System meta data usage 98%

Hi, I'm not the admin of PowerMax, but I need the PowerMax to work with my cluster, and for that to happen, we seem to need to get past this "system meta data usage 98%" issue (alert?), per the admin. Is there any quick pointers that we can try and unblock ourselves?
