Rest call for local users

I attempted to see if anyone in the developer group had and idea, but no response so trying here.   

Looking to be able to pull a list of the users and groups that are listed as authorized users in Unisphere.   From the developer docs I can find where you can do a post to modify (92/system/local_users), but can't find any get options to get a list of users.   

Any thoughts?
