Persistent storage issue

Hello Team,

We have Openshift running environment. We are using ScaleIO for persistent storage purpose and using Raxray to manage the flex volumes. This volumes are attcahed to our Mysql/postgressql Database PODs. Usualy when the database pods gets terminated due to some reason the volume is unmounted and it is mounted back to the new POD. But sometimes the volume is not getting unmounted and it gives I/O error on the host vor the volume mount path and the new Pod creation in the "Crass loop backoff" state. We have to manually unmount the volume from the host and delete the pod. Post that the new POD is created with a new mount path. We would like to know if this a bug or any other way to fix tghis issue.
