How I can find the installation key for Microsoft CAL 10 users license

Hello, when you first order the server, you are supposed to choose whether you want it on paper or you want it from the digital locker. Do you remember that?
If you wanted on a paper, it looks similar to this for example:

This is what I received with my Dell server order. on the paper only show 14 Tracking ID number but I don't know where I can find the 10 users CAL key number to setup the user in Dell server.

I don't know this is the digital locker ID paper or on paper Key number.

From my undertstanding, the CAL only gives users or devices the right to access and use services provided by a Windows Server. Windows Server CALs do not come with a “product key”, like the OS license, and do not need to be registered anywhere in the OS. However, each user or device that access Windows Server needs a CAL to be compliant with Microsoft licensing regulations..

We try to key in the key number from Dell Server system (Lic key number on the back of the server), This is the server 2022 Lic. key number and not working for Windows Cal. user.

I'm setup the server system with workstation use then 1st user working and do login, when I setup the 2nd and 3rd workstation account then I can not join to server system, keep show me ( Not authorized to enter)

Now I only have one workstation can login to server and other nine workstation computer can not connect to Dell server.  

You may want to consider calling in to Customer Care, then support. The reason being is we don't have access to License numbers or details, and they do, so they would be able to verify which license is which, and provide any missing keys.

Enfrento o mesmo problema. É incrível a incapacidade da DELL e Microsoft resolver esta questão dos usuários apenas identificar os campos ou dar ao menos uma resposta de como proceder, nestes casos.

Same problem here. Same piece of paper with sticker without any product kry.

Anyone have an idea how to activate this licence?
