If your array is up and running and its data is accessible, there exists only one foreign configuration - on the disk that shows foreign.  As long as the array is running properly, clearing a foreign configuration can't harm your existing data.  It will simply clear the "foreign" flag on any disks showing "foreign", allowing it to be used as a hot-spare, to expand the array, etc.

Hi,

 

To answer your question, yes, this is the option to clear foreign. 

 

But based on your first screenshot picture, there are a few drives which are having issue. If data is accessible, please proceed to do a full data backup before you replace any drive failure.

 

Can you describe your RAID configuration with the drives that you are having. There are 6 drives, 2 have failed, 1 drive might be in predictive failure, 1 drive is in foreign state.

@Dell-Martin S​ now 0.1.3 showing foreign. Earlier we clear foreign from 0.1.2.

Hello as Joey previously was asking-
