DSU fails to update DPU_Firmware_V788P_LN64_4.0.2.12722_GA_01.BIN on PowerEdge R7625, R6615

We've detected an issue with the Dell System Update (DSU) while updating the firmware DPU_Firmware_V788P_LN64_4.0.2.12722_GA_01.BIN on our PowerEdge R7625 and R6615. DSU attempts to install the firmware, but the process fails with the following error:
