CMC Error CMC8548: The active Chassis Management Controller is no longer connected to an external network.
Hi All,
Our VRTX keeps dropping the CMC OOB port on the server, only way to bring it back is to disconnect and reconnect the cable or disable the port and re-enable to port on the switch its connected too.
As far as we are aware there is only 1 CMC card in the chassis and the settings show no redundancy for this port.
Can anyone from Dell or the community give any advice regarding this, please?

I would suggest starting with making sure the CMC(s) are up to date and are matching, after that then I would ensure the rest of the VRTX is up to date as well.
