Accidentally deleted idrac9 express license

If the file is not available in the locker, please make sure that you are the owner of the server, with your name registered. If no, please refer to this article to do the ownership transfer: https://dell.to/40vU7QL

If you have not done the ownership transfer, the support can't send the regenerated file to your email, as it is an automated process. The file is sent to the owner's email. Once verified, please PM me your server service tag, your name, email along with company name. I'll try to check if I'm able to help you.
