Yes, I found that article published on PSU0036. Had tried reinstalling the PSU, but the problem persists. Also, the issue happened to both PSUs at the same time. I suspect the problem is not with the PSU.

I am however, trying to figure out whether the PSU was actually in an OK condition, since the observation of the LED indicator at the rear showing Green if I don't turn On the server.

Did you mean that you tried another power distribution unit/electrical outlet/AC power plugs and sockets?
Like you said yourself as well, I think it's only reasonable to see if the PSU was functioning properly for now for troubleshooting.
