Hello

There should be a diagram on the inside of the chassis cover or in the system documentation. The PSU may also be labeled. You can find documentation on the system support page.

Were you able to fix your issue? We are getting the same error on one of our servers and I'm clueless. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

You may need to check on the power cable inlet to the power supply. You may need to arrange a down time if possible, to check on the power cable, in case you need to make sure the cables are properly seated. https://dell.to/2S6hHiA

Hi guys from my testing and my knowledge it could be that the second cable PSU on the second power supply might be unplugged disconnected or bad connection, but it could also be a failure on the second PSU unit..  infact once i got hold of a R900 server for less then $50 bucks because the ex-owner who bought the unit brand new and used it for years at the office one day had a issue and the power fans started spinning like crazy and the system was accusing power failure.. he purchased a brand new server and left it a side.. when i bought it for spares checked the fault.. it was the PSU1 unit somehow was not plugged straight in the motherboard slot.. and was alarming and fans full speed on the server as if there was a faulty device.. going up to 1400watts consumption.. when i removed the psus checked and inserted them back in, and plugged both power cables on the unit.. the alarm went off.. and the server is running until today up online for nearly 3 years without any issues.. so it could be something really silly as power cables not plugged in correctly or the psu unit not inserted correctly on the slot.. but it could also be something else.
