way to successfully upload jpeg image

if you try to upload webp, so far the forum does not support it.

if you try to upload a jpeg saved by snipping tool, often it does not work.

I found if I open the webp or snipped jpeg with Paint then save as a different named jpeg file, forum pic upload is consistently successful.
