If you would like to stay on Dell Intel 4th gen cpu lga1150 platform you can consider XPS 8700 or optiplex 3020/7020/9020 MT. It has to be MT. XPS is better because it comes w 460 W psu w 6 pin connectors giving you wide options of gpu. If you get a better deal on optiplex from business surplus sale, make sure it is either i7 or i5 cpu.  The MT psu of 275W can support cards such as 1050/1050Ti without need for gpu power connector.  Lastly even a relatively cheaper optiplex 790 MT can be good for light gaming if it comes w 3rd or 2nd gen intel cpu.

3020/7020/9020 come with 290w PSU's.  The XX10's have 275w.  790 MT = 265w and no USB 3.0.

What form factor/size 9020 do you plan on using?  MT (mini tower) is still recommended.  May be have a look at some refurbs whether you like Amazon (little more expensive), Walmart.com, ebay, newegg, or etc.  What CPU do you plan on using?  It helps to have the exact CPU, not just I5 or I7, but something like I7-4790 is a good example.

in theory you can but it will not look neat. You need to get a mini PCIe to PCIe adapter, install discrete video card in PCIe, and provide auxiliary power to the video card. All these will sit outside AIO.

The AIO uses iGPU that comes w your cpu. If you want to improve gaming performance consider upgrade cpu to i7 if not already done, although the cpu upgrade does not give you much boost in gaming.

USFF does not have PCIex16 slot. It only has mini PCIe socket.  For gaming again you would need a mini PCIe to PCIe adapter to install gpu outside case and provide auxiliary power.

Hello, I appreciate all your help, I have one more question for you. Could you please give me a little advice on what type of PC either tower or aio I could buy at a reasonable price that would be good for gaming. I want to play Madden 20 when I test mine it is okay except for the graphics. I am willing to upgrade mine or purchase a new or refurbished pc. Can I upgrade the motherboard on mine?? I know the graphics are intregrated. I would prefer not to have the mini PCIe to PCIe adapter to install outside case and provide auxiliary power.

Please advise

once again thank you for all your help I appreciate it so much

Robert

Good morning I promise I won't bother you again LOL. I'm gonna send you a text document please take a look at it and tell me what I could do to my PC to play more ps4 games on it. My purpose for this is to play madden 20 on my pc. the only thing stopping me is the graphics. You suggested this...in theory you can but it will not look neat. You need to get a mini PCIe to PCIe adapter, install a discrete video card in PCIe, and provide auxiliary power to the video card. Could you please tell me exactly how I can do this and the parts I need like what kind of power supply Do I need??? I have 2 choices which one is better??

Graphic card is too weak for this processor:

Intel Core i5-4590 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 100% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck.

Graphic card is too weak for this processor:

Intel Core i5-4590 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 100% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck.

Graphic card and processor will work great together:

Intel Core i5-4590 (Clock speed at 90%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 2.91% of bottleneck.

The above quotes are from PC Builds.

The catch?  I don't have a card I can suggest or recommend for under $70.

You can also check bottleneck.  In Google for example, "I5-4590 GTX 1050 ti bottleneck."  PC Builds is usually the first or second option that comes up.  Anything less than the GT 1030 will be 100% bottleneck.  That's part in due you have a very good CPU.
