Unless it's optional, I'm not seeing a VGA port on the back of a 5060 SFF either. Screengrab below.
Hi @hameed1985,
Are you using an adapter in order to use VGA?
@hameed1985 - Does the back of your PC look like the above or below?

Unless it's optional
brad it is optional, for sure world wide, can show 5 + countries where it is.
in fact the metal portal is CTO optional as.
NOTHING
VGA
USB-c
HDMI.
4 choices not just 1.

Hi @savvy2,
You keep saying there's "no photo." @hameed1985 posted a photo before your last string of posts. It, along with your photos, won't show until approved by a moderator. For now, just triangles show in place of the photos.
Also, with smartphones using Android, photos don't show while signed in. I either have to view them before signing in or sign out and then use the back arrow. I've also tried getting that fixed, but no luck.

Now that the photos show, it looks like a micro with optional VGA.
May be the VGA card simply needs replacing.
@hameed1985 - Is your 5060 still under warranty? Use the "Contact Support" link below whatever turns out to be the last post.

All,
Please be civil and mindful of tone in your responses to each other. We are all here trying to assist users.
The PC in question is the Optiplex 5060 MFF (Micro Form Factor). Sold to UAE on June 18, 2019 with warranty to June 18, 2020 through its ProSupport contract. Understand, the Micro has several optional video out configurations. Below is the one from the training page. Notice it does show #2 VGA, conversely, the above picture did not.

@hameed1985 - Sorry I thought you meant that the BIOS reset didn't work...
You still haven't told us if you're trying to connect VGA(PC) > VGA(monitor) or something else.
VGA(PC) > VGA(monitor) is the only way you can use that VGA port on the PC. Adapters only work in one direction and they can only convert a digital video signal from the PC (eg, from DP, HDMI, or DVI port) into an analog VGA signal on the monitor.
And since Dell-Chris M says you have warranty coverage until 18-June-2020, maybe you need to contact Dell Tech Support for the UAE.

there are 3 things needed here, (this option port can be , nothing,VGA,USB-C or HDMI) CTO opted
and CHRIS_DELL proves it is VGA ordered (now that is helpful !!!)
1: so is the out rigger card there, sure it is but is it damaged, think like this someone dropped this dinky micro hit the VGA jack and cracked the VGA outrigger card, or the 2 ends of its cable fell off or are loose (called reseating cable there both ends.)
my answers are always non warranty, no way for me to know that. (if is ,only dell real can help)
2: In BIOS find the VIDEO page and set it as you want. if VGA is missing it might be dead? (in DP mode)
3: run F12, ePSA DIAG's and look for VGA tests, it might be there, looking is best. (done in DP mode)
4: in F2, (use DP mode) and see BIOS LOGS, read the logs there, now.
and last pull coin cell, for 15min, out, push power button no power cables, no coin ,and put it back.
the BIOS is reset , see if VGA wakes up. (hoping it defaults to VGA, me)
let me say hope this works out easy, with only simple bios feature , flipped. (even BIOS up date can fix things)
do the update only at real dells directions.
