Graphics card upgrade for dell optiplex 3010 mini tower model(2012)

Very new and young so I’m not experienced with pc specs and such and such. Coming here for some help:). Got a dell optiplex 3010 mini tower with a NVIDIA GeForce 710 graphics card already installed. It was Within my budget but I should’ve thought ahead. Came here to see if anyone can help me find out what the best possible graphics card is for this pc as I’m open to the best one that can work best with this pc. Even if I need to buy a better power supply; if that’s possible as well since mini towers seem pretty limited. Any help would be greatly appreciated :))

I have an OptiPlex 3010 MT and I'm running a GTX 750 Ti from EVGA. My card runs of the slot and draws 60 watts of power. So you can use cards above 30 watts.

Actual Mini Tower works with 50W card.  12v power is max 240W and 275w overall max for the supply.

So it depends on your ACTUAL size and cpu etc.  75w cards are not specifically supported on the 275w power supply.  The radeon 7570 card is a 50w max card. gt1030 is a better card and uses less power than a 7570
