The "Virtual Support Agent" has been retired.
If you are still under warranty, click the red, "Get help now" icon on the right to start a Dell Support live chat session.
After you click the Chat icon, you will see the following Chat widget =
Dell customer care/service. If already out of warranty, click here. Find your Service Tag
