Does a Dell Optiplex 7010 MT support MSI Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 4GB OC?

I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 MT with stock components and I am planning to install a GPU. My question is that can I use MSI Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 4GB OC with stock PSU. Other alternatives I have are GTX 1050 2gb full size and Inno3D GeForce GTX 1050 TI Compact 4GB GDDR5. Can any of these run on my stock PSU (275w).

Always check the specs of any card at the manufacturer's web site. That card requires a psu of 400w minimum.

But brother the consumption is 60w and the PCI-e slot supports up to 75w. And can you kindly tell me about the other 2 cards?

Nvidia recommends 300W for 1050Ti.

*Recommendation is made based on PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2 GHz processor. Pre-built system may require less power depending on system configuration

what is your stock cpu?

if i7, your 275W stock psu is slightly on the low side; if i5, you might be able to get by. In either case a 300W psu replacement is fairly inexpensive and easy to do,

btw, if you have i7-3770, then 1050Ti is too weak for the cpu (60% bottleneck), but if you have i5-3570, 1050Ti is a good match (2%).

in terms of physical size, (single fan) gigabyte 1050ti (L=172 mm) fits 7010 MT case.  The zotac is even shorter and yes too.  https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UIT3HZVGFJo

Mo, for most dell computers, the geforce-gt-1030 is the best, and sometimes the only solution. Most reputable Dell rock stars push this video card. It's the *BEST* for all Dell computers.

This example is a "low profile" 1030,  for little bitty computers. but it is available in sizes to fit larger machines.

PCI-e slot supports up to 75w. No it does not because you have LESS THAN 300W power supply.

30W GT1030 card is the ONLY option. PNY & MSI retail versions come with both Tall MT and Short DT brackets.

The other issue is fake cards.

If you update MT  power supply to known working EPS12v unit like EVGA 700BR you can use 1050 or 1060
