Open Manage disappeared after rebooting vCenter 5.5 appliance

I installed Open Manage Integration on vSphere 5.5 (all evaluation at this point), but had issues with it starting (error 200000, and if ignored then error 1009).

I rebooted both the Dell Open Manage Appliance and the vCenter applicance 2 times, but I cannot get the Dell Open Manage Client to show up in the vSphere Web Client.

I can get into the web page of the Dell Open Manage appliance, and everything looks OK.
