                Thanks for the post.

                If I understood your question correctly, you are trying to access OpenManage plugin for VMware 2.0 console through VMware vSphere Client.

                This is not supported, you have to access OpenManage plugin console using web browser (Supported Web Browsers : IE, Firefox, Chrome).

                At OpenManage plugin console you register your VMware vCenter and then you can use OpenManage plugin feature at your vCenter.

Regarding about your question, OpenManage Integration for VMware (OMI) 2.0 do support both

Web Client (VMware vSphere Client) and Dot Net Client (IE, Firefox).

 Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. I have seen this reported once or twice and there was an older version installed.
