where to download tool to update asset tag on PowerEdge 2900-III?

I recently had to swap the motherboard of a PE 2900-III. Picked up a used one on ebay and it seems to resolve the issue I was having. But now my asset tag is of the original doner system the motherboard came from. I would like to keep things consistent and update the asset tag to the one that belongs to my system. Searching online on this topic reveals Dell use to provide a tool to update the asset tag. I read that the Dell "support live image" bootable ISO has this tool, but when I tried booting that ISO (both version 2.0 and 2.2) the asset tag update tool only works for 12G servers. Where can I find the asset tag update tool for the PE2900?
