Replacing non redundant PSU with redundant one in T320

We have a PowerEdge T320 with a non redundant 350W power supply that has gone bad.  We tried purchasing the same PSU part but it is out of stock while 495W redundant power supplies are available.

How do we install the 495W PSU in our server?  The physical connector on the 495W part seems like it was meant to connect to a board of some type, while our existing 350W has individual cables that connect to components similar to desktop PSUs.  In reviewing the owner's manual, it mentioned parts like a power interposer board.

Are there additional components that we need to purchase to make our 495W PSU work in a server that originally came with the 350W part?

Thank you for your help.
