RAID Failure - PowerEdge T320
I have a PowerEdge T320 that had an issue which corrupted both drives in the RAID. We need to reload the OS, but the previous person in this position did not keep records. We cannot find the license key for the Windows Server OS. Do you keep that on file?

Hello
No, we do not retain the Microsoft license for OEM or retail purchases. The service tag that you provided to support when you called was not ordered with an operating system. The operating system was likely purchased separately. The system was also not purchased directly from us. It was purchased through a reseller. We only have records of what we sold to the reseller. We do not have records of what the reseller sold your client.

Thank you. I had very little to work with since the previous IT guy is no longer there.
