R720xd Server

I had a drive degraded and was receiving alerts from the NOC.

Steps taken:

1. Purchased 4 new drives

2. Pulled out the bad drive

3. Put in the new drive

4. Now the new drive added will not spin up.

5. I have tried all each 1 of the new drives and none of them will spin up.

6. Tested the drives in another server every no issues.

SPECS

RAID 5

PERC 10 H710 Mini

256 GB of ram

Drives used in the server are Seagate Cheetah 15K .7 600GB including the 4 I just purchased.
