PowerVault NX3000 Wanna Cry Patch

Hi, we're scanning our network for machine vulnerable to Wanna Cry, and our PowerVault NX3000 came up as vulnerable.  It is running Windows 2008 Storage Server, and none of the Microsoft patches appear to apply.  Does this NAS use SMB1?  If so, how do we protect it from the Wanna Cry malware?

Hello rfriesen,

With the NX3000 if you are running Windows Storage Server 2008R2 then SMBv2.1 is the version that you are running. If you are not running WSS 2008R2 then I would check on Microsoft’s site to see if WSS 2008 is running 2.1 or not.
