PE R410 service tag Bxxxxx1

I'm attempting to load Windows 2012 R2 on my PE R410. Nothing works, I've tried multiple methods found on the internet and on Dell's site. Can tell me if this is possible with the hardware/Perc on this server. I think it has an SAS 6IR.

If it is possible can you provide steps to install
