PE 710, E1810 HD1 Fault
I have a PowerEdge 710 that is reporting an E1810, HD1 Fault. I need to order a replacement HD. How do I do that?
Thanks,
Mark

Yes, please send me the specs. It is part of a mirrored set so I would like to get an exact match. The drive says:
SAS
146GB 15K
Thanks,

I have received the new drive. These are hot swapable drives, correct? Is there a procedure that I should follow to swap in the new drive or can I just pull out the old and insert the new w/o shutting down?
Thanks!

Robert,
This server does not have OpenManage installed on it. How do I install Open Manage? Or is there a way to do this without Open Manage?
Thanks,
Mark
