IDRAC Unresponsive

I have a PowerEdge R720xd. It seems that the IDRAC is unresponsive on this server, This started happening yesterday after attempting to log in. When connecting to the webpage it gives ERR_CONNECTION_RESET after hanging for a minute or two. I have an identical server which is working properly. I've attempted to soft reset IDRAC by holding in the i button in on the front of the server for 15 seconds. This does not seem to have helped. I have also noticed the blue light with an I label on the back of the server is no longer lit like my other server.
