Hot Swappable HD Question

We have a PowerEdge R420 Server with 3ea open Hot Swappable HD slots. Residing in the other slots are: 1TB SATA 7.2K Hard Drives. My question is can I insert 3ea 4TB SATA 7.2K Hard Drives into the open slots to increase Disk Space? Service Tag is available upon request.
