Dell Power Edge R720xd IDRAC port issue
Team,
we are not able manage IDRAC, as IDRAC port is NOT flashing light . have the checked the cable connectivity also from switch . but seems to be having issue with IDRAC port.
can you suggest me on this..

we see Life cycle controller is not available ( when i checked) and under IDRAC settings " idrac is not ready the configuration values cannot be accessed".
i have powered off the server and unplug it for about a minute, while it is unplugged i holded the power button in for 10 seconds, this will drain any power from the system Once this is done reconnect power to the system.
i see still the IDRAC Dedicated port is not flashing.

i have also checked the cable connectivity from end to switch, but the IDRAC is not falshing
