I haven't bought a new computer in years and still using the DELL systems I already own, but I haven't ever used whatever this community thing is and want to know why I received this? Is this some type of phishing email, and is there a way to cancel my "community presence" if so? I couldn't find anywhere to contact DELL other than here, so hope someone at Dell receives this and replies. You can email me at my address listed above. thanks
Robert

Thanks for the quick reply and I guess now that you have told me that it isn't phishing we can leave the account active. I just don't think that I have ever used it, so hard to understand how I "leveled up" and was thanked for not doing anything. I am still a big DELL fan, and have been for more than a decade. I did help get a good many people set up with their own Dell system over the years based on the track record I have had with your company. Thanks again for getting back to me.

No, not phishing, just the Forum software. Are you saying that you want to terminate your Forum account?
