If you're talking about the Dell avatar or logo that goes with some usernames, that's because they're Dell employees.

@Bulldog Not sure what you mean? You figured out how to add a Bulldog as your avatar emoji. But the Dell specific emoji is strictly reserved to show the user as a Dell employee. So of course non-Dell employee cannot use it.

@Bulldog We can see that the provided editor toolbar does not have an option to add those kinds of emoji. You will have to add them as images to the body of your post.

Or if you do this from a phone, use the emojis in your keyboard. 🙂
