Cannot reply to any posts. Reply buttons have disappeared.
As the title says, at some point today the Reply button disappeared from all posts, so I am unable to reply to any threads.

Private Message me if you're still having the issue, but a temporary workaround seems to be using incognito mode or clearing cookies/cache. The team is still looking into it.

Hi filbert:
Just an FYI that I had the same problem today - the Reply buttons would disappear as soon as I logged in to the Dell Community.
The problem seems to be fixed for me this evening (20-Jul-2022). The Reply buttons have re-appeared and I'm able to post replies in threads again.

This is what I was forced to do to correct the issue =
I went to Chrome History- Clear browsing data- All Time -All checked- Clear data. Closed all Chrome browser when done.
Went back to Forum thread (not signed in) and Reply button is there. Signed in and Reply button is there. I can now also edit a reply.

Hi DELL-Chris M:
I had another glitch this morning where the Reply buttons would only appear after I logged in but everything seems back to normal as of this moment.
I have my default Firefox v102.0.1 browser set to clear everything but my browsing and download history each time I exit my browser (Privacy & Security | Browser Privacy | Cookies and Site Data | Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed is ENABLED; a second setting at Privacy & Security | Browser Privacy | History | Clear History When Firefox Closes | Settings ... is configured as shown below) so perhaps that's why I can see the Reply buttons when I'm logged in and logged out of the Dell Community this afternoon.
I have similar settings in my MS Edge v103.0.1264.62 browser (which I rarely use) at Privacy, Search and Services | Clear Browsing Data | Choose What to Clear Every Time You Close The Browser. I clear everything on exit expect my browsing history and one cookie for google.ca.

Hi @DELL-Chris M , @Dell-BradL :
Bad news. The appearance/disappearance of the Reply button has been very erratic over the the past 12 hours. Last night (21-Jul-2022) they completely disappeared again, and this morning (22-Jul-2022) they only appear after I log in to the Dell Community.
Do you know if the software developers are deliberately trying to change the default behaviour of the Reply button (e.g., so that the button is hidden until the user logs in to the forum)? I'm not sure what behaviour is considered to be "normal" now.
Are changes to the forum software still ongoing, or is it something I'm doing on my end (e.g. the way I'm clearing my Firefox browser on exit or using a bookmark to browse to the Dell Community) that causing this erratic behaviour? I could do more testing (e.g., launching Firefox with ad blockers and other extensions disabled) once I know what "normal" behaviour is but don't want to waste my time running tests if Dell is still in the process of making changes to the forum software.

Hi @DELL-Nathalia M :
I've been posting the Dell Community with my default Firefox v103 browser for a few days now and so far the Reply buttons appear to be working again as expected (i.e., the Reply buttons are always visible if I'm logged in or out of the Community). I checked today and the Reply buttons also appear to be visible in my MS Edge v103 browser.
If I recall correctly, when I tested a few days ago if I clicked a Reply button while I was logged OUT of the Community then I would see a generic error message (sorry, I didn't capture a screen shot and don't recall the exact wording of the message). I tested again this morning while I was logged OUT and clicking a Reply button automatically opened a log in prompt where I could enter my email address and password to log in, which I assume is the expected behaviour.
My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a second log in attempt to get the CAPTCHA challenge to appear so that I can finish the log in, but I believe I noticed that particular problem even before the Reply buttons disappeared last week.
