Wireless Icon does not show available networks - Utility does, how to fix?

The Wireless connection utility on my try does not show any available networks (left mouse click).  But if I right mouse click and bring up "Dell TrueMobile WLAN Card Utiltiy", select "Site Monitor" tab there is my available networks (Excellent and supported rates).

Any ideas how to allow me to select a network? From this point and have it show up on the tray in a configuration state?
Thanks

The Dell wireless utility is probably managing your wireless networks right now, that's why nothing shows up in the Windows wireless networks.  If you want Windows to manage the wireless networks, check the box to let Windows Manage in the Dell utility.

Hi Jimandlin,

Let me know if the issue you face is with the wireless network connection option in network connectins or in the dell wireless wlan utility networks window, bcos normally on the utility, the networks would be found only if there are any preferred networks(which we have connected earlier) and make sure u disbale the utility by unchecking the option for Let this tool manage your wireless settings on dell wireless lan utility and then use the windows utility using the network connections and wireless network connection.it shld work fine..reply back in case u have any other doubts on it..or if my reply seems confusing.
