Update Latitude 3540 w/a Dual Band Wifi Card?

My Latitude 3540 came with a single band wifi-card and can only access the 2.4 GHz band, which had poor speeds and quality in my house due to over-saturation of that band in my neighborhood. However, I have a dual-band router and my other computers and devices have great speeds and quality using the 5 GHz band.

Is it possible to upgrade to a dual band wifi-card like the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 for that laptop?
